Refund policy

We have a strict no returns policy due to all items being made to order, this means that your order is completely made customised to your chosen preferences i.e the fabric has been ordered specifically for your handmade order. 

If any Item is damaged we will of course repair and cover the postage costs or replace if the maker deems it passed the point of repair within a strict 30 day period. 

Any repairs after this time will of course be offered but will be subject to postage costs. 

We want you to live in your handmade clothing and understand that life is busy, chaotic and wonderful so do offer a repair service. we know our clothing and material better than anyone and would be pleased to maintain your clothing and keep it looking and feeling it's best. However this is subject to the makers discretion and you will be advised on the best course of action.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All of our clothing undergoes a strict quality control inspection on cutting, sewing, pressing and finally a last check when getting ready to wrap. 

The fabrics we use however are very soft and sometimes can slip a stitch and only come loose on the first few wears- this is normal please do pop us a email and we will be more then happy to repaid the stitching- it's a very quick process and can usually be completed in a few days subject to our current schedule. Note that in busier times of year this may lengthen. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Repairs
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your repair, and let you know if the repair was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted within 3 business days.
