Our Roots

As a child I roamed the moorlands, beaches and nimble streets of South Devon absorbing all of the beauty on offer. The green landscapes spanning miles, the sea in all its fractures of blue and cobbled streets accented with rustic, quirky architecture.

I was a dreamer, a soul looking for more magic than reality and still am to this day. I see horses in the surf, unicorns on the moors and what could be if you dare to imagine.

OUR JOURNEY

Sunday and Sea was born from my inner child, still looking for the magic in the everyday. This little desire to share my skilful imagination always sat within me looking for the right outlet, one I finally found when my daughters were born.

I started making clothes for them looking for the best prints, fabrics and artist to make my imaginations a reality using their own skill set and a brief we collaborated together my ideas, skills and love for sewing grew.

My hobby turned into soulfood and then something more. So much more than I could have ever hoped.

Over the last 4 years I have been truely blessed enjoying the creative journey of creating a brand which is so personal to me. It has grown with me and my family and I hope to add more collections, icons and imagination as I follow this path with you by my side.

Old Magic, New Roots.

At the heart of what I do is love- cliche but true. I love what I do, what I create and all of you. I value beautifully made clothing from the best materials, threads and fibres I can find and this love will always be felt in my work.

My journey along this path will continue with, I cannot wait to see where the next chapter takes me and I am so thankful you are here.

The Details

Every single item of clothing within every collection is handmade by myself.

All of my fabric are sourced by myself using a collective of small businesses I have worked with for many years and trust implicitly. The quality and printing is the best I have ever used and is beautifully soft, rich in colour and nothing short of magic.
